Mark, Clay, Brandon, and I went to Lake Cumberland (Jamestown) this past weekend. We rented a small house and had a very relaxing weekend. We left Friday morning and came home Sunday afternoon. We went to the Wolf Creek Dam fish hatchery. Clay liked feeding the fish. We did some mini golf and rode the go carts and played a few games. The next day Mark and Brandon were going to take the boat out while Clay and I did other things. Oh If I could have had my camera with me that morning. To make a long story short; with the water lowered they had 2 of the 3 lanes of the boat ramp closed so Mark backed down almost to the water and let Brandon do the rest, the boat trailer wheel went off the side of the ramp and Mark had to go into the water-Chest high to pick up the trailer and let him drive it out. 4 wheel drive was stuck and the transmission didn't kick in and the truck rolled back and pushed Mark into Neck deep water. Scared me to death. They got it out, Mark was completely drenched and he left his phone in his pocket. I guess thats what he gets for giving me a hard time about breaking my cell phones. After all that drama, Clay and I went to Nancy to BearWallow Farms and did a hay ride petted goats and saw other animals, then we went to Mill Springs. This is where a Civil War Battle was fought. Clay ABSOLUTELY loved this place. We went into the museum(it was small but very interesting) and then drove over the the Battlefield. He asked me if I was going to scrapbook him with his "musket" at the fence where the battle took place. So I took tons of pics. Hope you enjoy these.

You simply must scrapbook the little soldier at the fence. That is too cute. I love Wolf Creek Dam, its such a great area. I miss KY.
